Micro-tutorial Colorfull Hair.

Do you like that blurry effect over the hair? It's Just Smudge Tool!, Just change the current brush of Smudge Tool to a hard brush and then apply some Blend Modes on that layer (Saturation and Divide works really cool, you can play with Hue and saturation Ctrl + U). I wish I could make a tutorial but I have tons of work to do but I'm sure you know very well photoshop. Go try it!
