Antique Lamp with Beaded Lampshades - Handmade!
Take a trip back in time with this striking 1930’s Art Deco antique candelabra lamp! A dark chinoiserie piece, “Noir” by Elegance Lamps blends American metalwork craftsmanship, Eastern embroidery, and a Bohemian color palette. One-of-a-kind, handmade in Seattle.
A stunning black antique silk embroidery surrounds the outside of the shades, and a bright white silk lining drives the light downward, where you need it. In doing so, the handstrung beads light up like a stained-glass window. The beadwork includes 1,216 handstrung pieces of Swarovski crystals, Czech glass, and vintage heavy cloisonné beads. The shades attach to a chandelier or torpedo shaped bulb with built in clips.
The antique lamp base is a gorgeous early century cast metal Art Deco stylized original; hand painted to match the shades.

I had the same issue finding lamps with a mix of old charm and modern build. Ended up checking out seuslighting.com and found some really cool options that felt handmade but were new. Their stuff gave me ideas for mixing vintage shades with new bases, worked out way better than expected.
