Assume Pose! - Painting & Details

in #art7 years ago

Can we truly understand what is without understanding what was?
As promised, I am continuing with the introduction of my old works.

Assume Pose! (2013)

What followed after this was not another painting, but a drawing, at first:

Drawing by Sabina Nore

Any idea which painting came after the above drawing?

i wish i could be in a right balance with the universe all the time ,
beautiful work <3

Well... sometimes everything is in the right balance, even if it doesn't exactly feel like it at the time being. :)
Thank you Adele!

i agree...
some bad situations ,,will shine with a good ending , that's what i forget sometimes,

thank you too <3

This colour story is magical. It almost has a mid century feel and is like an effervescent day dream of joy.

Effervescent is such a lovely word. Thank you Donna!

this picture tells me astral travel! fantastic

:) Very cool. Thanks @artizm!

Being a woman is a precarious balancing game

Indeed it is! And just because owls don't paint, we cannot be certain of the exact precariousness of their balancing game. Then again, certainty is anyway overrated. :)

I feel some supernatural power from the women in the universe, I like this idea, it's like every woman is in control of her planet, she's aware of every movement around her, just magical.
excuse my english use translator

Thank you for the feedback, and for using the translator and sparing me such details. :)

Great drawing and composition! Congratulations, Sabina!

OMG I just looked at your website and noticed you have a Tarot series!!! I have a divination blog where I frequently do Tarot readings for people. I'll be using those as well. Looks like you are one of my favorite artists on SteemIt.

Amazing! Nice use of the pespective with the human anatomy! I found it very hard to match both of them sometimes

Thanks @rodrigozottis.
Perhaps sometimes they shouldn't be matched?

I mean, i found it hard to draw perspective anatomy sometimes, both at the same drawing is ever harder :P

Nice!

I used one of your paintings as the head image in this recent post here.

Gonna use this piece for a future post as well.

Love your art!!!

But she is not sanibas, but anibas. It would be nice if you correct this on the link you mentioned.

oh wow thanks for catching that! fixed.

Welcome. :)

Oh gosh, that is beautiful! <3
