Bird and shapes
Howdy, how are you today?
For a quick study of form I love how this turned out to look like a stained glass window.
I used a different method for creating each bird, sometimes outlining the triangles and others blocking out with solid shapes.
I haven't been posting much lately, been trying to recover my motivation since finishing the intensive life drawing course. i will be string uni full time soon and will hopefully be able to share my work with you, and consistently.
I decided to redo or more so revisit a concept that I messed about with a bit over a year ago. basically i had cut out paper and constructed a form out of triangles.

This looks very cool! I like the shapes within shapes (Very effective), Thanks for sharing.
Man, make that would make a sweet mosaic from bricks in a courtyard to something smaller like pushed into clay and clear glazed in the bottom of a bird feeder/ bird bath.
I do like the idea of that XD
I'm loving this concept. It kind of reminds me of origami or a tangram puzzle. I think I might give this a try myself. Thanks for being an inspiration!
