Today, we’re incredibly excited to announce that ARK is joining an esteemed list of industry veterans to form a brand new initiative. As founding members of ADAN, ARK will be joining forces with 11 leaders in the blockchain space such as Ledger, Consensys France & Blockchain Partner, to create a new professional association to help increase awareness and drive adoption of blockchain technology in Europe.

After months of work behind the scenes, we are now able to unveil our newest endeavor. ARK is proud to announce that we are one of eleven founding members behind a new professional association, ADAN.

L’Association pour le développement des actifs numériques (ADAN) is a professional association based in France. Created to help structure and develop the digital assets industry, ADAN will play a key role in representing the blockchain, cryptocurrency and wider digital asset industries both in France and in Europe.

With its mission to promote the development of the industry as a whole, ADAN will consult with public authorities, industry leaders and private bodies to promote the use of digital assets and all activities in this sector. This includes exchange platforms, brokers, hardware, protocols, decentralized applications and blockchain technology platforms.

Founding members include key players in the European blockchain and digital assets space. Such as:

Representing ARK

ARK’s President, François Thoorens will join the board of ADAN to represent ARK officially.

Talking about the announcement, Francois commented that:
