A'la Lil Mujahidin Mosque Tower
The white architect's white structure rose into space, a glimpse of the twin towers in KLCC Kuala Lumpur, none other than this one is the hallmark of the mosque. Its name is A'la Lil Mosque Mujahidin. Aceh people more familiar with the title Abu Beureueh Mosque.
The tower of the mosque is a towering building into space equipped with loudspeakers for the azan. The location of the minaret is mostly an addition to the mosque's main building. There is a tower built together with the mosque building, but there are many minarets that are located separately from the main building of the mosque.
The mosque was founded in 1950 on the initiative of Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureueh. It is located on Medan banda Aceh road, Beureunuen town, Gampong Jaman Barat, Mutiara sub-district, Pidie. The mosque was built thanks to the hard work of Abu Beureueh with the people of Aceh at that time.
