الشربة العجببة Wonderful drink

As you roam the alleys of the ancient city of Safi, the city of Morocco, you will see a small shop painted in blue, full of people racing for a cup of delicious soups, as they call it, sold in some but not in the same taste.

I was able to take a picture of the shop and the person who works with it. He told me that the soups are very old, dating back to the period of the French colonization, where his father worked first and inherited from him his son who is currently supervising the shop of the wonderful soup Which consists of lemon, sour and flavor
Banana and another undisclosed ingredient is the reason for its fame
In Safi.

وأنت تجوب أزقة المدينة القديمة بمدينة آسفي بالمملكة المغربية ستلمح عيناك محل صغير مصبوغ باللون الأزرق يعج بالناس يتسابقون من أجل الظفر بكأس من الشوربة العجيبة كما يسمونها الآسفيون، تباع عند البعض لكن ليس بنفس المذاق، السر يكمن في مكون سحري موجود بها.

تطفلت أكثر من مرة لمعرفة سر شهرة الشوربة بالمدينة لكن دون جدوى، اليوم استطاعت أخذ صورة للمحل والشخص الذي يشتغل به، قال لي أن الشوربة قديمة جداً تعود لفترة الاستعمار الفرنسي، اشتغل فيها أولا ابيه، وورثها عنه إبنه الذي يسهر حالياً على تسيير محل الشوربة العجيبة التي تتكون من الليمون والحامض ونكهة
الموز ومكون آخر لم يكشف عنه وهو سبب شهرتها
بمدينة بآسفي.
