Lack of sleep does more harm than good, when we deprive ourselves of sleep then the risk of injuries and accident at home,work and on the road increases. When lack of sleep continues it affects the overall health and makes us prone to serious health issues such as; Obesity, Heart diseases, high blood pressure and daibetis.
