Bulk pie with apples

Enjoying such a pie, many are puzzled, can you really bake it only from loose ingredients. Do not knead the traditional dough, adhere to complex technology, worry about the result. Bulk pie will be obtained even for beginners of confectionery craftsmanship.

In a suitable bowl pour one glass: sugar, semolina, flour. Mix well.

A bag of baking powder is added and stirred.

4-5 juicy apples are cleared from the core, rubbed on a large grater.

A layer of the prepared mixture is poured into the mold with high sides. Above her laid a layer of grated apples.

A packet of butter is rubbed on a large grater, spreads over the entire surface of the pie.

The form is put in a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20-35 minutes. During this time, butter melts and impregnates the cake from top to bottom, and when the top blushes - the apple pie is removed, gently rolls over to a flat dish.
