New Years Resolutions, do you do them?
Honestly I never really make them? Do you think I should set up a resolution? Or keep doing what I've been doing. Has it been working I that's the question. Pretty nice microvlog. Some deep thoughts about New Year Resolutions.
To start a new beginning doesn’t have a fixed date. You can change every month, every day, it’s always a choice. So first get clear on your goals and then you can start to implement change. And It’s not only about disconnecting - when you want to do something, just starve yourself from ALL distractions and totally focus on your task 💪 have a great start to the year 🎇

I do think that resolutions can set us up for failure. I normally use this time of year to compare where I am now with where I was last year. Am I better off? Have I improved? etc. Mostly I think it’s easier to make small daily improvements and achievements. I am halfway to becoming dolphin, so that should happen sometime next year.
