This is the self-proclaimed prophetess and spirit medium, Alice whose real name was Alice Auma, claimed to be possessed by the spirit of a dead Italian army officer called Lakwena who, in August 1986, ordered her to create a Holy Spirit Movement to liberate the world from sin and bring an end to the bloodshed.

The movement aimed to bring about the Second Coming of Christ and the initiation of a paradise on earth. Her movement instead of liberating the world from sin and bringing an end to bloodshed littered a section of the world (Uganda) with blood. Among her most trusted lieutenants is Joseph Kony, who is the founder and leader of the notoriously violent Lord Resistance Movement. Joseph Kony aim to be the Christian version of Ayatollah in Uganda.

In a nutshell, no religion is immune from violent extremism.
