1 banana
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 large dessert spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt
1/4 tsp of ground cardamom
1 tsp of almond butter
100ml of coconut milk
(Let the ingredients soak in the fridge this morning whilst we headed out for a quick run)
Blend until smooth
Spoon into bowl
Topped with coconut chips @indigo_herbs
Puffed buckwheat
Pumpkin seeds, more almond butter & some seriously smooth @seedandbeanchocolates 80% dark chocolate 🍫
