The point is that Appics has to verify if the person in the pictures is you or if this is a fake account. Please change your profile picture for a short time by taking a picture of yourself with a piece of paper with APPICS written on it.
Then reply to this comment that I can see that you are real.
After that, you can change your profile picture again
