Sausages are one of the favorite appetizers for many people, served alongside main dishes, or used as a main ingredient to prepare them sometimes, and different ways to cook sausages according to the recipe to be processed, as it can be in the oven or fried in oil, and we will show you In this article there are three distinctive recipes for cooking sausages.

Sausages with hot sauce

Ingredients:

  • Kg of small-size sausages.
  • Three tablespoons of butter.
  • Medium and chopped onion.
  • Four cloves of garlic mashed.
  • Two peppers chopped green pepper.
  • A large grain finely chopped tomatoes.
  • One quarter cup of liquid tea.
  • A quarter cup of vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon grated chicken.
  • Spoon a teaspoon of coriander.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • Tablespoon of sugar.
  • Chopped parsley (for decoration).

How to prepare:

  • Cut each sausage for half.
  • Place a tablespoon of butter in a wide skillet until it melts.
  • Add the chopped sausages and stir them on high heat until dry and take a light golden color.
  • Remove the sausages using a large spoon with holes and place them in a side dish.
  • Add the remaining butter in the frying pan.
  • Put the peppers, onions, garlic, and cauliflower on medium heat until onion is soft.
  • Add the vinegar, tomatoes, coriander, liquid cream, crushed cream, sugar, salt, and stir the sauce for a minute or two until you get well.
    Put the fried sausages in the hot sauce over the fire, cook for five minutes or until the sausages are well cooked, then pour the sauce with the sausages on the serving dish, and sprinkle on the chopped parsley face and feet with bread.
