Ashwagandha: Herbal Remedy for Anxiety/ Stress
Ashwagandha is an ancient herb that has been used for many years. Recently it got attention from the western part of the world due to recent studies that were done on this herb. Unlike chemical drugs, this is a safe herb (assuming you don't take mega doses).
Ashwagandha is classified as an "adaptogen", meaning it helps to manage stress. Based on multiple researches, scientist have found the benefits to taking Ashwagandha. Benefits such as:
