The #8 Wash Tub

The #8 Wash Tub shows an old #8 wash tub hanging on the side of an old outbuilding. These old washtubs were used for anything from taking a bath yourself, to washing your laundry, to anything else you may need it for. Lots of times the women would even use it during canning season. It was a very essential tool in the way of country living. Country life would have been a whole lot harder without. Also, they were made of zinc metal, so they were built to last for a long, long time.
