How to stop this circle:

For stopping this belief what doctors can do is not harming childless colored patients. If others in family and friend see a young (childless) colored person has received correct medical service, it changes this belief that as colored person for receiving correct medical service you need to be a family guy.
In anyway usually single/childless patients are young so they make very small portion of your patients, so killing them has little effect on population.
