One of my ideas (simple and practical)

I revealed one of my ideas (because it was obvious and also short and simple for writing) and sent it to a European Parliament.
At first I listed selfish reasons immigrant create kid including this and offered for prioritizing those immigrant applicants which are childless and ready to sign an agreement to pay fine for having child.
Even announcing this law will drop world population growth, which make life in other countries better and therefore reduce illegal immigrants.
That's it I revealed one of my ideas here (a simple one the other ones are not that obvious)
