Correct me if I'm wrong but: Investors look for profit (UTH tokens increasing in value) and people wanting to benefit from the treatment would love a price as small as possible. So you can't make both parties happy. (only those who buy tokens in the ICO and plan to use it for treatment)
The profit if it works is a longer life but the risk is being the guinea pig.
So the only ones happy would be the treatment users, if it works.
