"(One) Could Care Less" Is The Most Frequently Occurring Annoying Misuse Of An English Idiom Out There

The correct expression is One couldn't care less, which means that you something does not interest or concern you at all. It's impossible to care less than not at all about anything.

When you say you could care less it means that you care somewhat. The phrase absolutely needs to be negative to make any sense because it's an expression of not giving a shit about something.
