[Anime Recommendation ] Konjiki no Gash Bell (Zatch Bell)
Yoo mina saaan ... How is your day? I hope you all are in good health and a good day. Amen. Ok in this time I’m still share a good old anime recommendation To you all stemians! Just read this article then watch it later the anime!
Well, Today the anime I recommend is the Konjiki no Gash Bell (Zatch Bell) anime, and this anime still one of many my favorites anime, anime has 150 episodes.
Konjiki no gash Bell is a manga by Makoto Raiku that was adapted into 150 episodes of anime with 2 ending alternatives that were quite successful and famous. With the humorous style of Japanese manga that is 'crazy' and super funny, Konjiki no gash Bell has a narrative story full of constructive moral messages; the spirit of unyielding spirit, rising from defeat, the struggle to achieve ideals, sacrifices, hard work, friendship, loyalty, team cohesiveness, and other dramas that touch the emotions typical of the Japanese shounen manga.
Konjiki no Gash Bell tells about Kiyomaro Takamine (14 years old), a teenage genius who is still in junior high school. But because of his genius, he became arrogant and belittled his friends. That Things make him not liked by other friends. Until his 14th birthday, a mysterious little boy came out of the window, the little boy who claimed to be named Zatch Bell admitted to his father, Seitaro Takamine, a world archaeologist to meet him In a letter carried by Zatch Bell, Seitaro Takamine explains that he found Zatch Bell in a forest in England and state of loss of memory along with a mysterious book of colored letters with foreign letters he could not describe even though he was a genius archeologist and asked Kiyomaro to take care of the child.
He changed after meeting Gash who taught him the beauty of being friends. Gash has lost his memory when he was in the demon world because his memory was taken by Zeon's twin brother Gash. Gash is the second son of the Devil King of the World who was exiled from the palace because Gash inherited the "Bo" Jail from his uncontrollable father. The "Bo" kick given only to Gash makes Zeon jealous and tries to defeat Gash.
Every 1000 years, a hundred "devils" (also known as "mamono" or "mamodo" in its original version) descend to Earth to fight, win it, and become king in the demon world. Every devil needs a human being who is then used as a partner to use the devil's spell book. If the book burns, the devil who has it must return to the world of demons and lose the opportunity to become king. the spell book contains mantras that can only be read by the man who is the partner of the devil and can be used to defeat the other devils (and partners). The devil who managed to defend his book will be crowned as the new king in the demon world.
Ok I will make it simple, One hundred demon children will be teleported with a spell book to the human world. Once they arrive, the demon children must find a human partner that will read the spell book and fight alongside them. Sounds like a straight forward shounen doesn’t it? Well, let’s take a closer look at what this competition has in store for its competitors. There are two ways for a demon to be knocked out of the tournament. The first is to die. Yes, you can die and if that happens to you in the human world, then you are gone for good. The other is to have your book burned. This is the most common method of knocking someone out of the tournament because it is very direct. Demons are not easily killed. However, a demon cannot burn their own book. You may be asking yourself why anyone would want to do that because the winner gets to be the new demon king. Well, you must remember that these are children. The demon children that are participating in the battle were forced to compete and some of them were not prepared for this. Imagine being thrown into a fight for your life at the age of ten. It is because of this that the weak demons suffer. Unable to protect themselves, the children are cannon fodder. Some avoid finding partners because they do not wish to involve anyone else in a fight that they have no chance of winning. The partnership brings much hardship to both members of the team, but not every demon feels this way. There are strong and evil children. Ones that prey on others and use humans as tools for their own means. Conversely, there are humans that see these children as a means for their own gain. You can try to form alliances to protect yourself, but in a fight where there is only one winner, how long will this pact last? How do you know that you are not just another pawn that is being used by those stronger than you? Circumstances like these bring out a person’s true colors. Unfortunately, these children are thrust into a world where trust is a word that is rarely used.
This series was one of my favorites, everytime you finish watching an episode you can't help but smile. The plot was great, you get to watch the characters really grow as people and there’s always one you can relate to. Even though the moral of the story (friendship) seems sort of childish it's still one a lot of us don't know.
I specifically say the manga because the anime leaves out the final and most ridiculous arc in the series. If you give up in the beginning because of its comedic style, then you are going to miss out on a great series. The fights are very nice with a mix of high energy action and a unique battle system. The music is amazing but the animation and actors need to be redone again. I hope you support to make zatch (gash) bell remastered once again.
Good post...
