CRAZY TO WATCH AS LONG AS NO ONE GETS HURTS

in #animals7 years ago

Chickens have a "pecking order" but goats just butt heads!

When we dropped Crockett off next door, it took some time for the does to adjust to his presence. The little Nubian/Nigerian Dwarf mix Azura kept rearing up on her hind legs and slamming her head into his. With thick skulls and no horns, it worked out fine, and it was a sight to see. Check out these crazy photos and GIFs!

THE GIFS

The photos may make more sense once you see her in action. It's so cool to be able to share these GIFs this way. It should give you a real feel like you were almost actually there!

THE CROWD

Yup, this much action and entertainment on the homestead is sure to draw a crowd. LOL! No goats were hurt and we had fun. Eventually, I think that they got over it.

Yeah, they look like they may be over it now.

As always, I'm @papa-pepper and here's the proof:

Goats having a good time and using their strong head to show strength.
I like to hear their voice. Annoying sometimes but goat is a goat.
Instinct kicks in and everything goes back to normal.
Keep on steemin

funny how different animals have fun, my kids love feeding them when we go to our friends house. You do some really great posts, I am glad I found you.

We like variety. Eventually we may have more, but we need to build a house first.

This year, I am going to build a shed out of pallets. I hope to find insulation, and other supplies to possibly make it into a very small house with a wood burner. Just in case a friend needs a place to stay for a wile. There are some very neat container houses going up in my area also, and they seem very cheap to buy and get delivered. I look forward to your posts now, and you are inspiring me to write better on Steemit regardless of the payouts.

Yeah, you can't let the payouts get to you. Check out this post that I made just over a year ago for 54 cents.

Personally, I thought that it was an awesome post full of rare original content, and even though the post payout was less than $1, it's still an awesome post full of rare original content. Try to show me one other steemian who made a post like that. Payouts come and go, but content on the blockchain lasts!

Great quote "You never know what you're gonna find, but you find more when you look." I am the same way, especially when the snow melts around here, I find cool stuff where the plows pile all the snow in big parking lots. Great inspiration for writing better. Thanks for your time.

I just remembered this gem too!

Check out how much work went into that post, and compare to the payout! OUCH! LOL - But I didn't let it phase me or slow me down.

I see you started a goat fighting ring. That is fantastic. I have heard of dog fighting, and rooster fighting but didn't know about goat fighting.😜

Those goats sure looks very healthy. We have a goat before but I don't remember them to be that awesome.

Cool Funny Pictures

Found your post interesting to read Good Luck with the upcoming update. @papa-pepper

These goats are so sweet and beautiful...You share many different messages..I like post very much and I follow @papa-pepper

The fun with animal husbandry is because they tend to show you the other side of what we humans are missing about animal life cycle, how they feed, struggle for survival, adapt and many more but what am sure is that the head knock of some animals like ram, goats, bull and even the bick fight of hen it's bloody sometimes but hilarious and fun I do even video them when they do fight, and make a replay to catch fun when at my leisure time. I guess @papa-pepper you had fun watching and taking those pics and sure thanks for sharing this wonderful photos with steemains you actually gave me a memory lane throw backs on when we rare goats at my grand-mom place.

Haha
Thanks GOD they did not have horns.
It looks kinda cute 😀

It does. Crazy to watch!

Nice pictures. Our goat butts the crap out our 10 week buck. She is getting ready to kid any day now.
