Swans at the park

in #animals7 years ago (edited)

Recently I went to the park with a friend and there was a pond with some swans! I of course went to get pictures of them! I was informing my friend of how dangerous swans can be and I was getting probably a little too close, but I wanted my pictures!
I almost ended up getting bitten but hey, I got my pictures!

(Bonus my scolding the swan afterwards)

I love writing these stories and sharing with you, but I’ve never been too great at grammar. So if you saw a mistake I made please share with me in the comments below!

Great pics! And don't sweat the spelling ;-)

Mm the swans of death 😂

Those Big Birds were out to get you! I'm Glad nobody got hurt 😉 nice pics.

Swans are unlikely to harm anybody. Dangerous is a bit of an exaggeration.

Pictures was really awesome

Swans are not dangerous. They have a rough tooth region, but no real teeth. I have been bitten and pecked many times by the black swans we have locally and never have I felt that I was in danger. It is erroneous and unfair to label them as dangerous. I doubt they could harm even a child. Maybe a bruise if they fully whacked them with the beak, but that is about it.

I love the pictures!
