I'm just going to give the names of the most common plants that are toxic for pets:
- Aloe Vera - vomiting, depression, diarrhea, anorexia, tremors, change in urine color.
- Amaryllis - vomiting, depression, diarrhea, abdominal pain, hypersalivation, anorexia, tremors.
- Azalea/Rhododendron - severe digestive upset, excessive drooling, loss of appetite, frequent diarrhea, colic, depression, apathy, loss of coordination, leg paralysis, weak heart rate and recumbency for 2 or more days; at this point, the animal may become comatose and die.
- Begonia - mouth irritation, intense burning of mouth, tongue and lips, excessive drooling, vomiting, difficulty swallowing.
- Carnations - mild gastrointestinal signs, mild dermatitis.
- Chrysanthemum - vomiting, diarrhea, drooling, dermatitis.
- Cyclamen - gastrointestinal irritation, intense vomiting, intense dehydration that may cause death.
- Daffodil - vomiting, drooling, diarrhea; large ingestions cause convulsions, low blood pressure, tremors and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Dracena - vomiting, drooling, toxic seizures, violent death. Very lethal.
- Gladiola - drooling, vomiting, lethargy, diarrhea.
- Ivy - vomiting, abdominal pain, hypersalivation, diarrhea.
- Lilies - kidney failure, death. Very lethal.
- Morning Glory - gastrointestinal upset, agitation, tremors, disorientation, ataxia, anorexia, hallucinations.
- Oleander - colic, diarrhea (possibly bloody), sweating, incoordination, shallow/difficult breathing, muscle tremors, and death from cardiac failure. Very lethal.
- Poinsettia - irritating to the mouth and stomach, mild vomiting.
- Pothos - intense burning and irritation of mouth, tongue and lips, excessive drooling, vomiting, difficulty swallowing.
- Tomato Plant - drooling, severe gastrointestinal upset, diarrhea, depression, confusion, behavioral change, weakness, dilated pupils, slow heart rate.
- Tulip/Narcissus - gastrointestinal irritation, drooling, loss of appetite, depression of the central nervous system, convulsions and cardiac failure. Lethal.
- Yew - as trembling, incoordination, and difficulty breathing, significant gastrointestinal irritation and cardiac failure. Lethal.
