A green lizard is easy to miss in the grass and green plants. Especially if it is still. But when it is on the soil without vegetation - it can become prey to predators. I suggest you see how the green lizard looks in hiding in greenery and on open soil. See my photos.

Great pics! They are not easy to photograph beacuase they're kind of shy, isn't it? They have those colors, from green to yellow and blue, simply an amazing reptile!
