@intothewild is right I was being sarcastic! The cop said if no police were there then crime would increase. Where there is not evidence for this what so ever. The majority of people do not commit crime as it is wrong and immoral not because it is illegal (as you say)! If his point was valid then there would be no crime now! 💯🐒
