Join The Not Willful Party and end deception born in times long past. As this blog has documented I have publicly refused to file an income tax return for nearly two decades. During which time I wrote over a dozen columns in the Aspen (CO) Daily News, self-published The Not Willful Party, marched in parades and sat, with sign, on the Pitkin County Courthouse steps.

Yet, our government ignores me, even as I continue my crusade. Why? Because the IRS, itself, insisted, from the very beginning, that income tax is based on “voluntary compliance” and I prove them to be absolutely correct.

If brought before a jury of peers I will say no more, I need say no more as it proves, beyond a shadow of doubt, that a citizen is not required to file. It then gives birth to The Not Willful Party.
