thank you @veryspider - I was terrified to even post this because I am sure most people can stand up... at least people talk like they can... but funny thing was - I went to the place, I asked the Creator for help, and I was able to stand up in a way that people could hear. I was not direct, but it's a start. I am going to redraw this sigil in part 2 into a an actual picture - and then hang it behind my computer where I can see it everyday... I can see it working out...
