The concept of self forgiveness is very simple let first take an example that is suppose someone hurts you maybe it's a girlfriend or boyfriend so what you feel about his or her well you don't feel good for them ok and main you try to avoid them and whenever you saw her or Him it's painful for you forgive him but my friend actually does it even though you don't forgive them does it makes any difference to their life no of course not so self forgiveness is a symbol meaning that if you forget them so you will also feel peace within yourself and next time when you see them because you had already forgive them so does not causes any irritation or pain.
