The CONstitution Does a Shitty Job of Protecting Your Freedom (video)
Watch the video on DTube here:
The CONstitution is looked to by many Americans as a means of preserving and protecting their freedoms. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality the CONstitution created the most powerful central government to ever existed and led to far less freedom than existed before it was produced at the CONstitutional convention.
In this video I share some of the unknown history of the CONstitution and explain that in order to truly protect and defend our freedom we need to organize peer to peer mutual aid groups, learn to protect ourselves, and stand up for our own rights. I also respond to a critic who says he is offended by my use of capital CON in CONstitution and suggests that if I don't like it, I should stay in Mexico!!!

yeap! that's right, the constitution gave us the illusion of freedom , in reality they make us work 12 hours a day with impending bills in our bank account and a 20 trillion debt that make us pay.
Read the first three words , and notice how large they are... WE THE PEOPLE...we are the authority...delegating authority TO the government. If you hire a maid and she takes over your house are you going to whine about the contract you made with her or use your authority to take your house back? Quit crying and man up. You volunteered to be a US citizen...a US citizen is 'surety' for the debt of the corporation in the District of Columbia. You applied for Social Security, you applied for a drivers license, you applied to open an account in one of their federal franchise banks, etc etc...Be a 'man', not one of their volunteers.
I think you're onto something with your wording.
My family and I went to the National Archives a few years ago. We saw the Constitution and the Bill of Rights in glass cases side by side. What was most interesting was that the Magna Carta was standing upright in an area by itself. It was huge and clearly the most the dominant of the three documents, and it was placed as the very last exhibit to see before exiting the rotunda.
The magna carta didn't create an all powerful government like the CONstitution did. Sounds like a cool experience to see those documents. I'd like to take my family some time. Thanks for sharing.
Freedom is not for the ignorant. We've been made so ignorant it's sad. That's why as they're doing all they do, we do nothing...we KNOW nothing. We see what they're doing but our ignorance us from moving upon what we're seeing. We need to educate ourselves. Worship knowledge, little else matters unless on wants to be a slave.
The constitution has led to one of they most prosperous nations the world had ever seen, encouraged immense innovation to propel technology forward, and ensures human rights to all who live under it. It's one of the greatest and most influential pieces of writing in human history.
I would argue all of that has happened in spite of the constitution and authoritarian government it created, not because of it. The CONstitution has so many economic controls and the government it created has been a major hindrance to innovation and human flourishing.
America didn't become this way by accident. The Founding Fathers had a vision and the means to make it a reality. The Constitution is a guideline for a country to enjoy freedom and prosperity. Those who adopt it's ideals will be liberated.

The constitution is part of the democracy however a perfect democracy does not exist anywhere.
The US founders had to 'centralize' or create a 'central' federal government because, they knew they couldn't get the population of each state to 'go along' with the idea of 'paying back' the King of England the LOAN for the revolutionary war they just fought. So, the 'loan' from England to pay for the war was dealt with on the federal level they just created.
By the way, the 'loan' from England, was to be paid by the time the American civil war would occur. Just a coincidence?
I am certain that you are being honest in your summary, but the constitution is NOT meant to give you freedom or liberty. On earth, WE THE PEOPLE are the ultimate authority of the constitution, the founders made it plainly so by the capitalized first 3 words. The problem IS that the people are ignorant of that fact. Who in the government would fine or arrest George Washington for not registering his horse, his gun, his house, or for failure to report his income and pay taxes demanded? I'd say they had a certain death wish to even approach General Washington with any such bullshit. Same constitution as you...but a different man, a real man who witnessed other real men suffer and die to give you that so-called CONstitution. We only need to look into a mirror to see the true problem. God bless you and enlighten you to your God given authority over government.
