It seems, generally, like the only time I see community, connection or action among anarchists is at liberty events. Why are our minds so focused on freedom but in our lives we take no action to free ourselves with projects, gathering or activism? Some of you, yes are kicking ass but most of us resort to being keyboard warriors not doing much other than tossing memes on the internet. If you find yourself in a rut or stagnant, find somethings that means something to you & act.

I went once to a conference and did not party or something like that, (I learned a lot) and many/most did not. And what all those people do for the rest of the year I don't know for sure of course, but most do not act like or look like they are partying etc. Maybe it's a small group you are talking about.
That all said, the state is dead serious and it knows no humor or joy. Being glad that you meet people who are not statist and celebrating that together might give a hope to continue in this statist world.
