Are All Laws Potential Death Sentences?
What kind of extreme individual would claim all laws are a potential death sentence? How could simple rules and guidelines that one is not even jailed for in some cases violent, even deadly? Surprisingly there are answers that exist.
The implication of force is indeed a death threat at the very worst case. When you say you think something should be illegal you are saying you would rather an individual possibly die than get away with said act. This means resistance, even passive will result in force used. If you defend yourself or resist further you risk serious injury or possibly death. Even if you were merely denying to comply with a Jaywalking citation.
It is not a secret that even the most miniscule fines unpaid can result in you being kidnapped and thrown into a cage. To not show up for a court date yields the same punishment. This is not justice, government continuously punish non violent people constantly with extortion. Even if the laws are unjust the legal system depends upon these extortion tactics to operate. Now with that being said, even if you happen to disobey in protest you risk violence being used on you.
One must be careful what they find themselves advocating the use of force be applied on another individual. If an individual does not have the right to use force in such a situation, ones designation of this right to a group is also then illegitimate. Even if you dont agree with what they do or think it's what's best for them.
This is exactly why all laws are death threats disguised as things to protect us. You are not exempt from violence for peacefully resisting. It is an iron fist of government, if you defy it, you will get the fist.
You would hope this was "worst case scenario" but some of these things start over busted tail lights, so not so much. They can kick us for anything.
EVERY law carries the death penalty.
