Add more water if required while kneading.

Put the round ball on the roller and roll it until it becomes flatten and keep the size round like a plate.(size up to you).
Keep rolling and make a circle around 1/3 inches .
Roll the another paratha like this same size 1/3 inches .
It should be little bit thick not very thin.
Take one paratha and put 2-3 tbsp of potato stuffing on the paratha .
Then take the other rolled paratha and put on the top of the stuffing and close it from the sides by pressing it,once you close it properly from the sides roll it more until it becomes flattened.
Take a pan and pour 1 tsp of oil and make it hot now put the flattened paratha in the pan.
Turn the side of the paratha and put 2-3 tsp of oil and cook it on medium low flame.
Change the side frequently and cook till the color turns to golden brown.
Both sides should be cooked properly when you see the color is golden brown and looks crispy.
Remove from the pan and put on tissue towel paper to drain the oil.
