To Start off with we have 4 Core members for this project and i will start off by introducing my self first
You guys can call me Eddy(Co-CEO & Co-Founder), currently based in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. I was exposed to crypto during the ICO boom in 2016 and was curious about blockchain technology due to my background in programming. I also have a great interest in the art field and this exposure kind of prompted me to explore the marriage between art and technology. Me and some other close friends started to experiment on blockchain technology and discuss potential ideas as to what we could possibly do in this crypto space.
I am also an entrepreneur who runs several businesses in Malaysia, and now occupied full time on Animalia where i lead the operational functions of the business, spearheads the token design, and is involved in the strategic expansion and community development.
Next we have Bill
Bill (Also Co-CEO & Co-Founder)
Currently he is based in London, he oversee holistic development and manage the organisation's mission as the architect behind Animalia. He was also exposed to crypto during the ICO boom in 2016 and was curious about blockchain technology due to my background in programming. Omega is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Omega leads the engineering team and is responsible for the technical aspects of the game and blockchain development. He is experienced in developing blockchain and gaming applications. He owns a game development company called shinobi too and we have teamed up to develop our game togther

As a gamer ourselves, we understand the importance of gaming experience and we take this seriously in the development of Animalia. To us, NFT is all about artwork and when you combine it with a game, the priority should be aesthetic + gaming, and this became our primary direction in the development of Animalia. Every piece of NFT artwork in Animalia was meticulously crafted by our remarkable in-house artistic team. We put a lot of emphasis in refining the storyline to improve the gaming experience. We believe that the players will be able to immerse themselves in the game through a good storyline and relate with the current trend of meme-cultures. Enzo “Warma” Floch is a top-ranked Hearthstone player and the latest key addition to our advisory board. Warma’s experience in the field of gaming is a huge asset and his insights will give us a firsthand look from a player’s perspective on how to improve our overall gameplay to ensure it is equitable and enjoyable for all Animalia players. and we believe this further increased our advantage as NFT TCG compared to the one existing in space.

I like the graphics and also the game play in your videos. In crypto space, backers and partners are very important, can you tell us about some of them and why did you choose these ?

We have currently secured a few major partnerships such as :-
GD10, Master Ventures, Exnetwork Capital, EX21, Trustpad, Seedify, BSC News, Crypto Banter, Anypad, Lavender Capital, Gains Associates, Ash (Wall Street Bets), Synapse Network, Halvings Capital, Satoshi Stacker, Safelaunch, NFTpad, NFTb, Xion, Tokenova, Roseon Pad,Spores Network ,Game Station, Apollo-X , Ignition, Paid Network and a few more.
They are assisting us in developing our IDO and INO strategy, offer creative input and ideas with primarily focus on the project growth and the long-term business viability. Animalia aspires to be one of the most successful NFT gamefi projects and believe that we will be able to leverage on this experience for Animalia, and help accelerate our growth.

Animalia have quite many backers, that is a good signs for projects :). Can you briefly share ANIMALIA top milestones, upcoming target milestones and roadmap?

Our mission is to enable blockchain access to millions of people from around the world into the play-to-earn revolution in a fun and educational manner. Designed for the diverse gaming community, the game will be easily accessed from regular platforms. As discussed in the previous section, we believe that this will attract players to join the game.
Currently we are concluding our first phase (New Moon). We had postpone our IDO date to somewhere end Jan due to market conditions. And our next milestone would be the release of our own Animalia Marketplace somewhere mid January 2022. So participants of our Founders edition NFTitans could then trade there. One of our marketing strategies is to focus on social media .By engaging with our target audience, we can create a thriving online community. Building a loyal community in the cryptocurrency industry is a powerful way to boost our Animalia brand.
We also have secured a few partnerships for press releases , these publishers will have a very defined and specific audience, which directly matches the target market for our project. Lastly we will also have frequent giveaway events and NFTs airdrop events, airdrops are hugely popular with investors and a great way to get people interested in the project.
We are currently on track to reach our roadmap milestones however the plans might be revisited based on the current market conditions - we will keep an eye on it. There will be some major milestones along the way such as Demo release, Close beta release and of course the official launch of the game. A very busy year end occasion I think and even busier January , Can you tell us more about the tokenomics of your tokens : ANIM and how do I as a gamer/ investors can earn from investing in NFTs or ANIM tokens?

The main purpose of the $ANIM token is to serve as a trading currency that players can spend whenever they want to purchase new assets from the Animalia Marketplace. It is also a DAO governance token which will be integrated to provide increasing levels of decision-making ability and for Staking purposes to enjoy rewards.
Animalia Marketplace is the first point of contact when new NFTs are released. Users will be able to choose whether they want to spend $ANIM or $BNB as a trading currency on the marketplace to trade these NFTs. Animalia would also introduce a luck-based card pack function with randomized algorithms to generate collectible rare items. To purchase higher tier card packs, users would have to hold a certain amount of $ANIM tokens as a prerequisite and would require them to purchase using only $ANIM tokens. For all card packs purchases that involve using $ANIM tokens, a portion of the transaction will go to our ecosystem pool for staking rewards and a portion of the transaction will be burned as a deflationary ecosystem. This function not only ties $ANIM to the heart of the economy, but also ensures $ANIM moves sustainably through it.
$ANIM tokens will need to be staked in order to earn staking rewards, participate in governance, or take advantage of special bonuses available to $ANIM holders. All users who qualify as active stakers will receive stake rewards. Tokens may be held and staked in a BSC wallet address. Tokens staked can participate in governance votes related to the game and also to earn rewards from the $ANIM Staking Rewards pool.

so we get this questions from some of our fans as they were NFT collectors not gamers, now they are curious , can you share some light : How can I evaluate a gaming project if it is good to invest or not if I haven't play that game? Such as Animallia?

sure , this knowledge is important as you do not want to be investing in rug pull projects or scam projects
As you have already known, we leverage on the meme-culture to push Animalia forward in terms of the content and turn them into an exciting feature/animal to be played in-game. We are also looking to create a weapon known as Rug/Carpet to portray this idea of rugpulls/scams. We see this as an opportunity for us to create a game that is not just fun to play, but also educational.
As mentioned above, we have a long term vision and goal for this game and aspire to build this game to be one of the best AAA Tier 1 NFT trading card game in the crypto world. First of all, we would like to reflect this long term vision on our vesting schedule with a total lock+vesting duration of 32 months to gain confidence in our long term approach. This team and advisor allocation will be 100% locked at TGE, with 8 months cliff, and then linear vest over 24 months.
Secondly many of our investors are in this for a long term otherwise we will not be able to secure a number of Tier 1 partnerships such as GD10, Master Ventures, Trustpad, EXNT, X21 ,Seedify and some CEX which we will reveal soon! : )
Thirdly, you can take a look at our road map where we show our aim for at least 1 year in advance. So far we are ontrack on our roadmap, with the exception of IDO dates. We as a team, with the advise from our advisors, have decided to postpone our IDO date from this month to a later date - most likely looking at end of January now. This is driven due to the current market conditions. It will do more harm than good to launch into a shaky/bear market and will confirm the dates once the market is stabilised.

the last question I will have for you is from our ambassador : Will there be additional lore and will we see multiple Deck releases based on future meme-coins to come?

As a free-to-play game, we need to have a sufficient number of cards available for the free account to ensure a balanced gaming experience. Based on what we learned from other TCG out there, a typical deck should fall between 30-35 cards. With these numbers we are able to come to a conclusion that to allow a typical gamer to enjoy the game and have fun building/customizing a free deck, it needs to be a minimum of 120 cards so you don't end up playing with the same cards against your opponent all the time. Therefore, the number of critters/weapons/gemstones that we are currently working on = 120. This involved around 80 different species. We have a 6 tier rarity system which consists of Free, Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Arcana.
The game is free-to-play and we plan to release 120 free cards for free account holders. It will all be available as an in-game item, where any players who play our game would have access to these starting cards to build their deck. Moving on to Common, Rare and Epic tiers, it would be available as NFTs in our card packs and the % will vary.
Whereas for Legendary and Arcana, you could purchase this from the seasonal release and it will have a fixed amount mintable supply. Users can only play 1 Legendary category card in their deck and also only one Arcana card is allowed in their deck. This would balance up the gameplay system to be more fair.
The game mechanism will focus more on players skills, this will bring out the competitive side of the gameplay itself.

Token Burn or BuyBack program play an important role in increasing Token value Do you have a token burn or buyback program plan to attract investors?

Both the $ANIM (core governance utility token) and $PHL (in-game currency) ecosystem are designed to be deflationary through different game mechanics. For all card packs purchases that involve using $ANIM tokens, a portion of the transaction will go to our ecosystem pool for staking rewards and a portion of the transaction will be burned as a deflationary ecosystem. This function not only ties $ANIM to the heart of the economy, but also ensures $ANIM moves sustainably through it.
The purpose of $PHL is to enhance the Play to Earn loop by bonding and crafting new NFTs, and making in-game purchases. In both the bonding and crafting feature, the selected critters and $PHL tokens to be burned. Through the utilities as mentioned earlier, we are confident that this will create the foundation our ecosystem requires to promote sustainable long-term growth. It will also create a consistent deflationary system for our play to earn model. Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I'd like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?

Animalia plans to introduce a governance voting system into the game platform that will allow players holding staked $ANIM tokens to vote for or against different proposed changes to the game. Each staked $ANIM token will be worth one vote, so the more $ANIM tokens a player has staked, the more they will be able to influence the results of the votes. A new page will be added to the Animalia website that will provide a user-friendly interface for viewing, creating, and voting on governance proposals. One of them would be the Animalia workshop which will act as a platform to allow creation of unique customizable skins, templates, and items for inclusion in the Animalia Kingdom. Artists will be able to create and submit their own unique cosmetic NFT assets, which will be curated by the Animalia team, and then reviewed and approved by the community through the governance model. Additionally, players can submit proposals for governance changes that have not been incorporated into the governance system. If they are approved with a substantial stake of $ANIM, the Animalia team will consider implementing the requested changes. Some examples that may be included into the governance system over time are:
-Tournament schedule, settings, and prizes
-Game re-balance updates
-PVE and PVP leaderboard rewards
