I read somewhere that because ETN is a Monero fork, the privacy part of it makes it more challenging/time consuming to integrate into an exchange. Maybe it was a comment on the facebook announcement someone said that. But yeah, wish it was on HitBTC (you say that's a noname exchange it's actually been around a while and decent :-)
