Sleeper ALT coins? Whats the next boom!

What are some recommended ALT coins that you guys think will boom! I like emc2, and I think Ripple is going to catch on. A friend of mine mentioned electroneum as well. What are your thoughts on these and other coins 5 bucks and under not mentioned?
