• Avoid alcohol in the evening hours because in the evening the body disposes of it less well than during the day.
• At the wheel, before or after a sports activity and during working hours, alcoholic beverages must absolutely be completely avoided.

• First, define the quantity you want to drink and stick to what you have decided.
• Do not drink on an empty stomach, because in this way the alcohol reaches the fastest blood.
• How much do you offer "rounds" at the table, give preference to soft drinks?
