I just signed up for 2 airdrops... I am a first timer also.
Both offer more coins for more referals, however as it's murky water for me at this stage, I didn't want to start annoying friends with referals until I knew what I was getting into. I figure this year there is going to be loads of airdrops.
Im interested to find out more, and also to hear from anyone who has actually received coins from a previous airdrop.

Most certainly, I will follow you... I've been wanting to seriously buy crypto since just before Christmas. Turns out buying crypto from Cambodia is not so easy. Even with an Aussie Credit Card.
So for now, I'm stuck with mining, and praying for some airdrops. I know the mining is a long game... But that was the plan with buying ETH, it would have just been a healthy kick start.
After months of attempting to mine, I've finally found a few that actually paid out. But even they have only been running for 2 weeks now. So I've still only got about $2 worth of crypto. Just cracked 12000 satoshis.
Its slow... But it's exciting.
That's great that you're getting involved. Here in the states I can't participate in ICOs, but have other options to get started. Here, I have a present for you.
