What is the Bereavement Fare policy of Air Canada?

Air Canada provides special Bereavement Fare options for those needing to travel due to the imminent death of a loved one in the family member. However, the airline has a certain dedicated policy that travelers need to follow to avail of this service, that is such as the Bereavement Flights must be booked within 10 days of departure, with up to a 60-day stay. Moreover, only certain fare types are eligible for bereavement flights such as Economy Standard, Flex, Comfort & Latitude. Basic fares qualify only for travel outside North America.
