African Herbs 🌿 story
African Herb 🌿 is a series that will features different types of natural plants with proven track records of diverse usage medically and nutritionally. Common sense tells us that going natural in terms of health remedy is more important than synthetic or semi-synthetic substances due to the disadvantages of the latter e. g expensive, development of resistance, fake and adulteration etc .
Not just African environment, the world itself is full of millions of medicinal plants of excellent activities against prevailing infectious diseases. Why am I convinced? Biblically speaking according to the scriptures, in the book of Genesis when God created herbs 🌿 for man in the garden of Eden, the Bible recorded this
Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
Thereafter after the fall of man and redemption was defined through Jesus Christ, God still made another provision via the same source which is herbs. According to the following scripture in the book of Revelation,
Revelation 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

This is emphasising the need for natural remedy in the midst of failed technology that produces synthetic drugs and substances. Currently, the synthetic remedies are at the brink of total failure because many infectious agents are developing resistance to available antibiotics of which the pipelines of new antibiotics are fast running dry. More Pharmaceutical companies are focusing on cosmetics rather than new drugs because the former appears more profitable.
Humans must take the battle against infections more seriously otherwise we may return back to the pre-antibiotic era where treatment of infectious agents can no longer be possible.

In this new series of African Herbs 🌿 , I will be unveiling several herbs of medicinal values including those serving as immune boosters that can be accessed all around us.
Plants contains some active ingredients that are abundance in health palliative and cellular maintenance. These substances can be very toxic to disease causing agents such as bacteria, fungi and viruses. Although plants are natural but their contents if unregulated in terms of dosage can also be highly detrimental i.e toxic That is why the use of plants as health remedy has suffered a major setback especially in the developing world. This challenge has been overcome in other countries in Asia that are completely or majorly depending on the use of herbs.
Before you take that drugs, have you checked your garden if you have a simple plant that you can use and it will give you relief?
Don't get me twisted, I am not condemning the use of synthetic drugs or campaigning for natural medicine, I am only interested in opening your eyes to available resources for good living at the tip of your fingers even at the cheapest rate.
