Using AI to bake Series Ep 1

in #ai5 years ago (edited)

Following the release of GPT2 XL model. Im looking into some real life uses for it. Well some positive ways to use it. I have read some posts and have a few ideas in my mind.

In this series we'll look at using GPT 2 in the kitchen. GPT2 XL will provide some good features for the kitchen. The main goal will be to get the most use out of GPT 2. Hopefully we also may stumble upon some new ideas!

Where should we start? How about an easy recipe like muffins! First off let's set some general rules :

Rule 1: We generate 3 recipes for each chosen type of food.

Rule 2: We use the same settings for every recipe.

Rule 3: Each recipe has at least 5 ingredients.

Rule 4: Each recipe has at least 6 steps.

So lets get started. For this first post lets choose muffins!

So here we go !

Heres how to make the most amazing muffins.

Muffin Recipe 1

Step 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and mix well (as shown in the picture above), but don't over mix it.

Step 3. Next, place a large baking sheet into the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 4. Add dry ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix very well. Don't over mix it.

Step 5. In a small bowl combine 1 tsp of peanut butter, 1 tsp of brown sugar, 1 scoop of vanilla flavoured chocolate chips (or anything like that) and 1/4 cup of almond milk. Mix until smooth.

Step 6. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of peanut butter and almond paste to the top of each one. Top with whipped coconut flakes, chocolate chips etc.

The most amazing muffins you'll ever bake. They're delicious but so simple.

Muffin Recipe 2

Ingredients:

1/2-1 cup almond meal
2-3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
2/3 cup coconut oil (not melted)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 tsp. coarse salt
1 cup coconut milk or dairy milk (chocolate or soy)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl put all the ingredients. Start to mix it with your hands. When it comes together quickly, pour in the melted coconut oil or dairy milk. Stir all it together and make sure all the ingredients are incorporated well. Cover bowl with plastic and place in the refrigerator until needed.

  2. In a small pan mix oil and honey. It should help with the baking process, so do not fry the muffins, and try not to burn either. Place the muffins in the pan, and fry on medium-high for about 5 minutes. Take them out, let it cool off and frost.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients together. Then, mix the wet ingredients. Don't what ever you do , put them together as one big dough this could cause an explosion.

  4. Make a crust, fill with chocolate or soy milk. But cmon be careful soy is a dangerous substance and may burn your eyes.

  5. Take a huge bite of your tasty muff.

  6. Don't forget to take photos.

The picture showed only three muffins, but you can make 12 or 14 depending on how many things you add.

Muffin Recipe 3

1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup baking soda
5 tbsp baking powder
6 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted baking soda

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2 Bake on the middle rack of the oven, using the muffin tray to form a flat pan and placing the muffin trays as close to each other as possible.

Step 3 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. While the muffins are baking, make the buns:

Step 4 In a large bowl combine the granulated sugar, milk and vanilla until well coated; set aside.

Step 5 In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, yeast, salt, baking soda, baking powder and butter; mix until smooth. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet and add the egg.

Step 6 Sprinkle the dough into the greased muffin tray; smooth down with a rubber spatula. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 7 Make the buns and serve while the muffins are still warm.

And there we have it a perfect recipes...... Your welcome
