Yep, I guess such an AI application should be doable... somewhere down the road.

Right now for those AI tools you can use and which are open source you could hammer together an AI driven chat bot. I guess more complex context understanding and reaction to such content with an sense making reply would be on the level of google's AI development or comparable big money corporations in this field.

Once such an AI application would be usable you probably pretty soon wouldn't be able to compete with it at all. Just the machine based possibilities of parallel digging into any given content would be such a wide spectrum that the chances of a human competing with something like that seem to be not likely.
