AI is just another advancment in our fast growing technological mess of a world.
Every advancment brings the ability of bad people to use it in bad ways.
Most advancements are first conceived for military use and then they look for ways to sell it to the masses to make more money...
Its not something that can be stoped and nor should it but there has to be ways to control its use.
In this case as in most there is a Law...
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
So for every new piece of AI that is produced there should be a control put in place to counteract any use that is detrimental to human life.
A bomb once it is droped is dumb, it just falls and kills.
But a missile once it is fired can be reprogrammed mid flight. Either by the person that fired it or someone who has the ability to hack the system.
So lets just hope for every bad person out there who wants to use AI for destruction, there is a good person who is able to turn it around.
