Observations and suggestions:

Rainy season is from November to March and dry season is from April to October so in your country planting starts from November. Yes, there are specific trees for specific areas as I mentioned. Of course we should look at soil nutrition so that plants get proper nutrition. Phosphate is very important for plants. Especially Triple Super Phosphate because these fertilizers maintain the plant's nutrients but do not harm the plant. You are right that tobacco garlic and neem leaf juice can be mixed to make a very good quality insecticide that can easily control insects. Salt water often does not work, but neem leaves and garlic miras work well. You have made a very nice discussion.
