Ango Apiculture Review BAD EXPERIENCE

Never use Ango Apiculture, the have lied and been dishonest and even admitted to me and apologised , but I'm still left out of pocket .

I bought bee hives from ango apiculture , i was sent photos and guaranteed i would get the hives in the photo and these were good quality. After a month they had not been sent and i was told of bad weather conditions. Later to be told they didn't have any hives.
I finally got the hives and they were totally different to what i ordered. all the timber was chipped where cuts had been made, rough, saw cuts, cracked pieces of timber. Flow frames were broken and some were even different sizes.

The boxes were even too big for a standard bee hive frame. The Frame would just sit on the bottom not on the lips. i can't believe they would even send these. After being promised one in a photo and even having the photo on in purchase invoice, i was sent totally different looking hives, which looked nothing like the good ones in the photo. My tiber was cracked and chipped.

Conveniently the lady who served the through the order and totally lied to me consistently through the order, she left the company (she just said bye and not to contact her) then passed me onto someone else who said he would give a refund and has never responded. The lady did apologise and did say they had stuffed up to me before she said goodbye.

After paying $3000 and now hiving a pile of timber good for firewood and cracked flow frames. No acknowledgement from the company. I can not re coup any of my money and have no recognition from the company.

I found these through ali baba and they convinced me to order direct . I would recommend never to use Ango Apiculture, but if you buy from another company, buy through ali baba for security
