Over to the 22nd week for this contest and we have always believed that things will be better soon. The previous one was very good and I believe this week contest will be very productive. The community is currently active and maintaining it's activeness won't be possible if we don't keep on commenting and posting. There will be more contests this week.

Ever since I was a kid, my parents kept saying work hard to achieve success, work hard for you not to suffer in the future. As a child, I thought working hard is all I needed in life but I've come to realize that working hard without strategic planning and proper management, you're actually labouring.
There's a clear difference between working hard and labouring. After all, there are barrow pushers who labour from morning till night without having anything to show forth. To them they are working hard but in actual sense, it is hard labour.
If you ask me, I'll say, work hard by planning, strategizing and adopt proper management of your resources to achieve success. Aside this, count yourself as labouring hard and not working hard.

Working hard pays a lot,it can lead to success and can make you a happy person but it's very important to be able to differentiate suffering from hard work.
Working hard demands a lot of effort and attention into whatever you do either in your job or business,it requires maximum dedication and focus inorder to achieve your desired result.
But it's important to know when you are channeling your energy into the right thing because it doesn't matter how physically strong you once you are doing the wrong thing you will get the wrong result.
Working hard without the wisdom to strategies your work makes you suffer.For instance the truck pushers could have been the wealthiest if success only depends on working hard.The one with the knowledge to create tricycle to move loads from one point to the other makes more money with little energy.
Working hard is really good but the most essential aspects of working hard is the right knowledge to achieve what you want because even God himself said it that by strength shall no man prevail.

If there is a work on our planet that is very difficult and hard but which apparently does not bear fruit to anyone in the form of something completed it has no end or edge then probably it is the work of road workers who have to patch up roads broken by transport.
Yes if one day for example an architect takes on the drawing of a project for a new house then one day we will see the final result of this work in the form of a finished project on paper and perhaps we will even see a finished house built according to this project.
And apparently holes in the asphalt are something that never ends and if we do not see them at some point around us it is only because we are standing in one place on the road and we need to walk a few meters along it and everything will fall into place we will definitely find other potholes on the road there.
People came up with an example of hard and completely useless work in the form of Sisyphus who rolls a spherical stone up a hill... it's just that back then people hadn't yet come up with road surfaces in the form of asphalt lol.

Some work as hard as possible but not having anything meaningful to themselves. Working hard without great results is absolutely useless, working hard should result in full satisfaction.

Pekerjaan suami ku adalah wiraswasta dan dia bekerja di kerambak, dia selalu bekerja keras untuk bisa menghasilkan uang untuk keluarga kami, pekerjaan tidaklah mudah, dan jika kita tidak tahu tentang kerambak maka kita bisa menjalankan usaha tersebut.
Terkadang dia juga harus mengorbankan waktu istirahatnya di malam hari demi menjaga kerambak kami dari air pasang, walaupun tidak setiap malam akan tetapi dia akan menghabiskan waktunya hanya di kerambak dan lagi kalau ikan sudah besar-besar kita juga harus menjaganya dari pencuri yang selalu mengintai kapan kita lengah.
