Poverty And The People In My Society

Hello Steemians and welcome to my blog.
I will be discussing about poverty and how is affecting the people in my Society. Poverty can be define in many ways.
Poverty can be define as the condition of having no money or not having means of support or help from anybody. It can also be define as the scantiness or insufficiency of getting or having somethings. Mostly in Africa poverty is very rampant whereas many organizations have try their very best to reduce poverty but yet we still have very high poverty level. Did I just say "reduce" yes, the level of poverty in Africa can just be reduce because I don't think it can be eradicated. Mostly what causes poverty in some of the nation is the increase in population, high divorcing rate, no or lack of education.
Now in my society what are the causes of poverty?
I agree that factors like increase in population, lack of education and high divorcing rate but in my society we ourselves are the main poverty to ourselves, what are my reasons for saying this.

• Greediness and Selfishness: everyone is too greed starting from the government to the people. If any poverty assisting organization can to help the people in the government will remove out of what was brought, now when it the turn of the people who will share it they also will do the something.

• Not thinking outside the box: most people believe in the government, that the government will provide a good job for us (laughing 😀😀😀). Most of us are graduate looking for job everywhere but it this job really available?
  Some also believe in one brother or sister or uncle who has their own family to come to there aid all time without using the money to cure your poverty, whether you like it or not the person will be tired one day to help.

Poverty have turn most people in my society to beggers not that the poverty is affecting them to that extreme but because they don't want to do anything which means they are the one causing poverty to themselves.

Politician are now using poverty as a weapon against the people, giving them #500 ($1.43) and small rice as an element to win elections.
But I believe Steemit and knowledge can reduce poverty in our society. The question now is how?
With the little experience I have on Steemit and with the help of Euronation team, I think it will help by introducing this great community to them and guide them so that they will think outside the box which I believe it will reduce poverty gradually.
