SOURCES OF AFRICANS' SUCCESS/GROWTH ON STEEMIT.

No African man or woman on steemit who has really been involved in the activities on steemit would deny being motivated, encouraged, inspired and impacted positively, directly or indirectly, in one way or the other by any of these listed SUB STEEMIT communities.

I have been on steemit for less than 2 months (43 days precisely). So far so good, it has become a life style of these sub communities inside steemit community carrying every body along. Especailly Newbies and minnows.

They have created a soft landing to steemians, both old and new.

These sub communities have lessen the burden that would have been upon the broarder users of steemit community in regard to trying to reach and satisfy everybody directly, which would be very difficult to actualise.

The gap between the minnows and whales relationship has been bridged. Minnows can now feel the impact of the highest steemit users directly most of the time which might not have been so.
We are now sure that every dream on steemit can be actualised. We also have this confidence that there is hope for the newbies. We can now invite as many as possible to the system and growth is ensured.

I believe the creation of this channels is the secret behind the mass recruitment that has been going on recently in Africa as a whole introducing steemit to every city of our nations. For example, these few days I joined Steemit, less than 2 months, there have been about more than ten meet-ups in different citys of Nigeria. And there are also more that have been scheduled, and the turn up is always over whelming.
We now make quality posts and get rewarded.
We gain mentorship and motivation also. We can meet people from differrent backgrounds, and share values easily.

I made this post to appreciate the leaders of these sub-communities mentioned here and also others too that are not listed here who brought such initiatives for the growth of steemit community.
Also for NEWBIES and Minnows who might have been in ISOLATION due to their ignorance of the existence of these communities, i hope you find this post useful
