All of them work together

This is the word Nairobi'ans use for preparing concrete.
In western world - we use machines to prepare/divide it, in Nairobi and other Kenyan locations of course also; but in the rural areas they use this method - i have seen it.
Is absolutely impressive.

A short introduction, what is concrete?

Concrete is a compound material, consists of sand, crushed rocks, cement and water. We need it to build strong building, walls, floors and and. Depending of quality, the relations of mixing is a little different. But mostly it is 2 sand + 2 crushed rocks + 1 cement + water. First you mix the sand, rocks and cement dry and then add water and always mixing, turning. This sounds so easy - it is not easy!!
If you do this work manually - you sweat rivers!

In this video on our property in Karen little paradise:
-there are some helper's they bring the sand, crushed rocks and cement to the mixer
-look at the person in the orange tshirt. He is the comander in this group. He is looking that the relations from sand, crushed rocks, cement and water is correct
-about 3 minutes later he give the mixed pulp out, the next 2 helpers shift the heavy fluid concrete to the next station. From there another 2 helper to the final first floor.
-from there they divide to the floor

What has this to do with blockchain?

I was so impressed about this teamwork. I did this film september 2015. Now we have 2017, the cryptos become popular. I was remembering this film. This group of workers present a blockchain. Every of them is necessary. If one chain is broken, another outstanding person will jump in the chain. All of them have all the information what they do, how they do. All of them work together. Independent of big companies, countries. They can do this everywhere.

So let us give them sand, crushed rocks, cement and water. They build the building.
So let us give cryptos money, servers, controller and trust in them. They build the world.

Let me know, what you think about?
Thanks,
