Habits that make us older
It may seem hard to believe, but there are daily habits that makes us age faster, so you should know them and eliminate them if you want to live a long and healthy life.
The fact that we’re on our phones non-stop is really harmful for our bodies. We start having pain in our arms, necks and backs. What can happen if we don’t change this habit?
Modern technology
Muscular spasms and an excessive tension on our spine, or more clearly, premature aging. You can avoid this by adopting a correct position at your desk. Keep you back straight and on your chair and keep both your feet on the floor. Also, take regular breaks, at least once an hour.
Artificial food
In our days, we can buy every aliment from a supermarket, no matter what season it is, and the better they look, the more artificial they are.
This has a visible effect on our bodies, especially on our faces. Our bodies don’t have a source of vitamins anymore and that leads to premature aging.
Sun exposure
It’s not a secret anymore that excessive sun exposure without skin protection harms our skin and can also lead to skin cancer. It’s recommended that we use protection for the skin, no matter what season it is. Even in winter, sun emanates ultraviolet rays.
Smoking
Yes...I am still smoking.
The smoke from cigarettes has a big contribution on the aging of our skin. Smoking affects the blood circulation so our skin isn’t correctly vascularized. Also, smoking destroys our collagen and elastin cells, so wrinkles are inevitable.
Stress
Studies have shown that stress is responsible for premature aging, so if you’re a stressed person, try to disconnect from your daily problems that make you
so stressed.
If you don’t relax, at 40 you’ll look like you’re 60 and I’m sure nobody wants that. Also, stress will cause you a lot more health issues.
